Adobe has released yet another app for creative individuals, called Adobe Post. This tool can be used to create professional-grade graphics, without having to use a complicated vector editor.
In contrast to the rest of Adobe’s apps, Post is positioned as a social media solution for those who are looking to create online campaigns. Even though this tool is aimed at small business owners, creative individuals can also use it to create web images. The app does most of the heavy lifting, like creating color schemes and other technical work that is usually the concern of a graphic designer.
Adobe Post greets you with an Inspiration Wall with pre-made templates, where users can easily add their own photos and text. There is also an interesting search tool for free domain images. Users have access to more than 35 fonts, in addition to a so-called “Magic Text” that incorporates a comprehensive set of typography tools. A number of borders and background shapes are also there, in order to make the text pop.

One of the more interesting features is an auto recolor tool which applies colors from hand-picked palettes to fonts, shapes, and filters.
Finally, images can be posted via iOS share sheet, which includes Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks. Adobe Post is currently limited to a square canvas suitable for Instagram posting, but additional aspect ratios are expected soon.
